• Gold - 1.5 years exploring in the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt

• Ni-Cu-Co-PGM’s - 2 years of exploration in ‘The Golden Triangle’ of NW BC

• Nickel - 6 years with advanced exploration / development of the Voisey’s Bay Nickel project

• Iron Ore - 16 years of open-pit mining, geological, geotechnical, dewatering and tailings experience with a major mining company in Labrador West

• Iron Ore - 3 years management of restart & operation of Scully open pit iron ore mine

• Base metals (VMS) and Industrial minerals - 3 years of geological experience in various geological settings

• Prospecting for various commodities - 5 years in project generation, claim staking, advising other prospectors, and assisting with field exploration programs.

  • eligible and willing to attain P.Geo. membership in any Canadian province

• experience with travelling to remote locations to perform mineral exploration work,

• ability to work independently and/or full integration with clients and their teams,

• ability to collect, compile, manage and interpret geological data,

• proficient with ArcGIS Pro and MX Deposit; experienced with various geological software packages,

• solid knowledge on how to perform geological analyses and interpretations,

• ability to produce professional reports, maps and technical documents in a timely manner,

Family is very important to me! While working in this type of career, being away from home often "becomes the norm". The aim is always to strive for the right balance. So quality time with family when you are home is the key! As you can see from our photo gallery, spending time at the cabin/cottage is our absolute favourite thing to do!
